This highly reputable practice in Hampton Park is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist Team Leader to step into a meaningful leadership role. As the OT Team Leader, you will balance a reduced caseload of adult NDIS clients (including those with complex needs and mental health presentations) while supervising a team of Occupational Therapists. You’ll play a key role in mentoring, clinical escalation, quality improvement, and service development, supported by a Head OT and a multidisciplinary team.
